Believe it or not, but there has already been snow here in Turku! I was so extremely happy when it started to snow!
There was a sign on my weather forecast app that it would freeze that night, but I didn't expect to see snow when I looked outside my window.
It was not just the snow that will melt in a few hours, but it was really good, 'dry' snow. I walked in the snow and I really enjoyed the view. Everything lightened up by the white snow and it just made the landscape look even more beautiful.
The day it started snowing was also the day that my sisters arrived to visit me. It was so cool to show them the snow! In the Netherlands there will maybe be snow earliest in December, but not already in November.
Some people say that it will start to snow more in the upcoming months, but most of the snow will fall in January and February. Unfortunately, I won't see that because I'll already be in the Netherlands at that time.
But now I'm even more happy that I've seen snow in here!
